Pros: lots of settings. Works like a dream for joint and muscle healing. I did a million hours of research on red light therapy and while a panel is overall more effective - I concluded a quality mat would be best for me as I will actually be able to form the habit to use it. Sitting in front of a panel is boring. I wear this mat in bed or to watch tv. It also usually puts me into a mini nap, which I read demonstrates that it is doing its job. Bonus perk: definitely helps my stomach be less puffy!Cons: I got a pretty large one and while it's flexible but it's not really reasonable to reach a bunch of different areas. For example I would like to use it on my hip but that's very difficult to do in a chair with a large mat. I also try a small smaller one and it doesn't hit the TFL, bursa, hip flexor, SI joint at the same time so it takes several rounds.My remote did stop working and customer service helped me out - give them a nudge to respond via Amazon if they don't at first via their website email.

The Bestqool Redot M Red Light Therapy unit and the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt have both exceeded my expectations. I have been doing red light therapy for about a year now, but have always found it challenging to find the time to do it regularly because of the set up involved and needing to go to the space where my other units are located. These units make it so much easier to use anywhere and when I’m done, I can just roll them up and store them away. Because of the flexibility, I can use them easily while sitting in the couch watching television or listening to music, or even while I’m at the kitchen table eating dinner. Behind the ease of use, they actually work! I mainly use the Redot M unit on my back and I use the Therapy Belt everywhere else. The therapy belt can wrap around problem areas on my legs, arms, and even core section. Each unit has several modes to help you accomplish your goals. I’ve primarily used them for pain relief and reducing inflammation and have very positive results for both. There is a noticeable warmth that is comfortable and in combination with the infrared light’s deep penetration, I get daily relief in the areas I use them. I would strongly recommend the Bestqool Redot M and/or the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchases.

User manual is straight-forward and easy to understand. Size is exactly as represented. Just started using so the results are yet to be seen.

They really seemed to help with body aches. We bought two of these back in January. Only a small part of one still works and a strip of lights on the second has stopped working. We have taken care to roll them and not fold them and still they are going bad. We will not buy this brand again.Update: I originally gave this 2 stars but because of customer service reaching out to me I am bumping it up to a 5. After my review above the seller reached out to me to make this right and has offered to replace both of the red light mats we purchased. That right there speaks volumes to me, about their customer satisfaction and customer service care. This is the first time I have ever had a company/seller take this type of initiative.I will definitely consider purchasing from them in the future.Update. This seller replaced both of the mats I bought. This seller is top notch.

Very happy so far with the product. I had it about a week. Seems we'll made. I accidentally unplug it at times but that is better then pulling the power cord out and doing damage. I assume this is by design.I use it on my hip and it relaxes the muscles. I am very happy with the results so far.

Had an issue with my product and vendor replaced the product after 1 month warranty had ended. Great customer service! Will buy again!
