There are no issues with the product itself. The material and velcro is strong, the sizing is really adjustable and I like the ease/quickness of opening/closing. The product will help hold up your pants. The issue is it doesn't lay flat as the advertised picture shows. When you adhere to two pant loops, all the material bunches up in that area and just pulls on the loops. Don't have this problem with a belt as the gathered material is dispersed around the entire waist. I wear these but only on outfits where my shirt covers them.

I lost a lot of weight when I had to start using a feeding tube due to cancer. I'm hoping to put some weight back on. Meanwhile, my pants keep falling down and belts just slide down with them. These work for me and I'd recommend them for people in-between sizes. I just hope my belt loops hold up. Time will tell.

I have never been able to wear a regular belt always felt like it was cutting me in half. But the belt bro is amazing not too tight and holds my pants on my rear just like I like.
