My dog had an abscess on her paw which wouldn’t heal.I bought these socks to keep a bandage in place.the fit was really snug, my dog didn’t attempt to lick her wound, and the ribbing at the top plus the Velcro fastening meant the bandage stayed in place and her paw was able to heal.They were a brilliant buy and helped me enormously in a stressful situation. Thoroughly recommend, as they can be worn outside too, and look great……really pleased for the price!

I am sure these socks are fine but are too small for my dog even though I ordered large - the size written was not correct I think - but anyway they didn’t fit - I ordered at the same time socks I ordered in November from Petloft and they are what I needed and fit perfectly - the confusion could be they look alike in photos of product - I have the correct info now and will not make the same mistake again - this was not the fault of Amazon which delivered on time Thank you Have a good New Year

These are ideal for protecting a surgery wound or an injury and for preventing the dog from licking it. The Velcro strap makes it nigh impossible for the dog to remove the sock thus obviating the need for a cone or booster collar. This makes for a much easier recovery period for the dog.The rubber pads on the sole ensure that the socks are non slip and they can be used for gentle walks on a dry pavement.

Nice quality, and value for money. I like that these are cloth material so great to wash and reuse. They are not waterproof and don’t provide much grip with the pad bits but was useful for my purpose of stopping the dog licking a leg wound. Which I found effective under supervision, but my dog managed to just take it off with his mouth when unsupervised so it’s not hard to get off. Had to keep pulling them up and moving them around the legs as they fall down easily (even with the straps that come with them) and they move out of place a lot when the dog is active.
