Easy to use and works good. Extended handle is helpful.

The media could not be loaded. Don’t waste you time or money. This mop is poorly made. It’s flimsy and is falling apart in just a few uses. The handle to pull the bucket and the wheel covers fell off almost immediately. The worse part is that the mop does not grip the bottom anchor to allow it to spin in the water. You might as well just dip the mop in the water. The drier spinner works beautifully. I tried to make the best of it but this mop is horrible.

This cleaning bucket is very sturdy. Spins great.

I dislike that the handle is kind of wobbly and it feels like it's going to brake, the bucket size is OK and it dries well

Works good but the handle broke after a couple uses.

Like the bucket. It's study and a nice size. Don't like the pull out handle. It's weak, flimsy and short. The mop isn't that great. It's short (I'm 5'8 so it might just be me) and the lock on the handle won't stay. It keeps letting the handle move down as I mop making it shorter as I go, making it harder to mop, and hurting my back in the process. And the "lock" on the head won't stay when I'm trying to spin it in the water, making it uneven, which makes it not spin right. It makes it difficult to rinse, and I have to touch the gross mop and mop water to put the head straight several times during mopping. So that kinda defeats the purpose of the whole thing. Wish I could find a better mop cause I really like the bucket.

Junk don't work. Don't turn to rinse and just look cheap and plastic. Money stealing. Also doesn't allowed me to add the pictures and video .
