Really comfortable easy to make definitely recommend for the price

Easy to assemble, very well presented. Comfortable to sit on.If I had to complain, than that would be the delivery Yodel, they do not leave the item in a safe place like all the other items bought from Amazon, instead you have to be home for them to deliver and no signatures needed as customer service claims. Missed two deliveries, nearly missed the third one as it will be delivered during working hours.

The chair arrived on time, well packaged and with really clear instructions for assembly. I unpacked everything, removed bubble wrap etc and laid everything out ready to build. So far so good! I had installed two of the struts for the feet/ castors and then on the third one, found that the holes for retaining the bolts had been drilled, but no screw thread had been tapped in both holes. After considering options and the thought of repacking and sending back, or waiting for a replacement part, I decided to purchase a tap/die kit for £19 from Screwfix and tapped the threads myself..problem resolved, other than the chair costing me another £19 I suppose. That said, once the problem was sorted out and the chair fully built, I have to say the chair is a really good quality for the price, very supportive and highly adjustable. It would have been 5.stars all round without to minor issue with the manufacturing hiccup. Don't let that put you off, I am sure it was a rare occurrence, as there has been so much thought and care in the packaging, build, instructions. In fact the whole thing. Good luck !

comfortable and easy to fix

Comfortable, has lumber support, that is adjustable Could be better, but considering my last chair, this is a dream. I am 5ft 2in and the lumber support is in the correct position.At the lowest point of the chair, my feet are flat on the floor. At the highest my toes reach the floor.Only issue I have, is raising and lowering of armrest - this cannot be done with 1 hand, as have to push in button and pull or push at the same time to raise or lower. Saying that grateful for the option.It was easy to assemble, with easy to follow diagrams.

Very happy with this chair (especially for the price), it makes you feel like you're sitting on a throne. It's almost fully customizable just as the description says. Some parts, like the headrest, is a bit wiggly but not a big deal. The material is decent and feels sturdy. With my chair, I had a little issue where the right armrest was closer to the seat cushion than the left armrest, causing my right forearm being slightly over the edge, but a new seat cushion has fixed this.The seller is absolutely amazing. Very responsive, polite, understanding and professional. Any issue I had they would fix it almost instantenously. I would buy this chair again, if I needed, just because of the seller alone. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: in one month this product revealed it's true nature. It's not a good product. I hoped in something Amazon doesn't do anymore: good products at fair prices. Now just the market place for Temu reseller. 😢. Because I did it in max relax... from unboxing to fully assembled took 45 mins. Remarkable good parts, just the Allen key is a bit small. You need one with long arm longer for easier bolt tightening. All the bolts fit perfectly. ATTENTION! The back rest has two positions only: full up, full down. In full down you could have a nap. To go full down you need to unlock the back rest. Don't make pressure with your back, pull the leverage right wise out, now press calmly with your back... et voila! I am happy with the product (quality and price). I really hope it will last.

Only issue is that the wheels roll too quickly and it means on a hard floor you might slide when you don’t want to.
