Easy to assemble, very well presented. Comfortable to sit on. If I had to complain, than that would be the delivery Yodel, they do not leave the item in a safe place like all the other items bought from Amazon, instead you have to be home for them to deliver and no signatures needed as customer service claims. Missed two deliveries, nearly missed the third one as it will be delivered during working hours.

Prompt delivery and item as described. Always a risk when you order furniture of any description on line as you never know if it will comfortable. This is comfortable enough for me at least. Reasonably easy to assemble also. Appears to be well made, my last chair the covering started to disintegrate way to soon in my humble opinion.

Comfortable, has lumber support, that is adjustable Could be better, but considering my last chair, this is a dream. I am 5ft 2in and the lumber support is in the correct position. At the lowest point of the chair, my feet are flat on the floor. At the highest my toes reach the floor. Only issue I have, is raising and lowering of armrest - this cannot be done with 1 hand, as have to push in button and pull or push at the same time to raise or lower. Saying that grateful for the option. It was easy to assemble, with easy to follow diagrams.

Very happy with this chair (especially for the price), it makes you feel like you're sitting on a throne. It's almost fully customizable just as the description says. Some parts, like the headrest, is a bit wiggly but not a big deal. The material is decent and feels sturdy. With my chair, I had a little issue where the right armrest was closer to the seat cushion than the left armrest, causing my right forearm being slightly over the edge, but a new seat cushion has fixed this. The seller is absolutely amazing. Very responsive, polite, understanding and professional. Any issue I had they would fix it almost instantenously. I would buy this chair again, if I needed, just because of the seller alone. Highly recommended.

Really comfortable easy to make definitely recommend for the price

Excellent chair and comfort for the price.

There isn’t any locking mechanism to prevent leaning back in the chair. There is a resistance knob but it barely provides enough resistance. If I lean back in the chair it bends back rendering it unusable, not worth the money
