My doctor suggested fish oil. All I could imagine was how horrible they would taste. After reading some reviews on different ones, I decided to try these. I'm glad I did. They don't taste bad. In fact I don't taste anything. The size of the pill might scare some people but they are easy to swallow.I will see when I go back to my doctor if they are helping.

I used this high concentration of omega 3 to lower my high triglyceride levels. 3 a day, with breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 months. I recently had blood work done, and my triglyceride levels dropped down to normal levels. I now take 2 a day at breakfast and dinner, just to maintain the correct levels. Because I can never give up my steaks...lol. My cholesterol dropped down to normal levels as well. It's under 200 now. So this sports research omega 3 works. And it's going to be part of my daily routine as long as I still crave steaks.

Doesn't work that way with fish oil.Could be a little bit cheaper I have to admit so not sure about the value for money and the pills are a little too big to be the perfectly comfortable size. Esta es una excelente opcion, practica y efectiva, solo se necesita una cápsulas diaria por su alta concentración, si no quieres tener ese gusto a pescado pues este suplemento es el ideal es discreto en cuanto a eso, es decir su sabor no es fuerte ....es una inteligente oportunidad para tomar omega 3 es mi segundo frasco. Siempre teniendo en cuenta que las cápsulas son grandes aunque no ofrece dificultades al tragar

Great product! The softgels are easy to swallow and no fishy aftertaste at all. I like that it’s high quality and from wild-caught Alaska pollock. I feel more energetic and my joints feel better. Definitely recommend!

Great quality, the pills are large like most fish oils. I do not have any issues with burping up fishy flavors with these and I appreciate that! We are in our late 40s/early 50s and take for heart health.
