Depends what slime your talking about is it the gunk from your eyes or body bits like belly button ? But anyway the saline solution is made of distilled water and salt both are good to clean those bits that get slimmy combined they would safely clean your bits .

Can this be used to clean piercings and it the product resealable/does the lid twist back on

It would be great for cleaning piercings, yes! That said, the lid isn't replaceable; it's designed as a single-use item. What I did (ahead of opening the bottle) was I boiled and cooled (in a sealed pan) a mason jar and used that to store the contents of the bottle once it was opened.
