Car Key Fob Keyless Entry Remote fits Toyota 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 Land Cruiser (HYQ1512V, 89070-60090)

As described, was able to program the remote and chip by myself following youtube videos. I had it cut to the original at a local locksmith and that cost me an extra 10$. Overall I have a perfectly working new key for 35$ not bad at all

We all know how fragile the early 2000's Toyota keys are.The clamshells WILL break from the twisting motion of starting the car.This is a great cheap alternative that works well.Went to the local hardware store and they had no problem cutting it.

It works like the original key, I was delightful surprise and oh yeah cost less than buying it online vs. the dealership.

Works great for 1999 land cruiser. Locksmith charged $5 to cut the key. Look up both key and remote programming instructions and do them yourself (they’re different). I used a YouTube video for remote and mud forum for key. I think included link to instructions for fob are correct, just not very clear.

The key seems ok but the range is 2 feet. You literally have to stand by the door handle and press to lick/unlock. Anything farther than that, no response.

Works as it should for my 01TLC1. Have the blank copied2. Program the remote3. Program the transponder (dealer/locksmith)

It met my expectations.

Instructions that came with it didn't work. Youtube helped with programming the door locks and instructions from a forum worked for the transponder. Now I have a fully functional spare master key. Bought the car new but misplaced the second master key. Now I don't have to worry loosing it .
