My daughter started her lady stuff earlier than most and was having some trouble being comfortable with pads. These work better on the lighter days - especially in school. I just recommended to her she changed them a few times a day. She just got them but she already seemed to feel less self conscious.

Great period panties for girls/teens just starting or with light periods. Don't need to use tampons with or pads but for added protection you could. Material could be made a little better, after a few washes 1-2 started tearing away from the seams. I wouldn't recommend for medium or heavy flows unless for just added protection because they aren't a thick enough material and will definitely leak. They are nice though for saving a little money and my girls like them.

These are the best for an autistic self conscious teenage girl. My daughter is never regular so she has daily anxiety over her period coming while shes at school. These solved our problems. Any accidents are caught giving her a peace of mind. She still wears pads when she is menstruating but these do work.

These period panties are comfortable, and my daughter liked the colors and patterns. However, even when used just as a backup, they didn’t offer enough protection and still leaked. We had hoped they would provide better support alongside other products, but unfortunately, they didn’t meet our expectations. They might work for very light days, but we wouldn’t rely on them for real backup protection.
