Not as far as I know. I use it for dry skin only. Buy a separate item for sun block.

Would this work on dry eyelids? Is it oily?

It’s not overly oily. It would be okay for eyelids but don’t put it too thick.

Can you use this for dog paws?

I wouldn't think so. If they lick it off their paws it could poison them.

Can I use it like body balm?

I do not see why not, but it is a healing ointment for skin, so I am not sure if it should be used all the time.
