Taking NAC for OCD, anciety and depression - noticed some results
If you're trying NAC, you probably have your own reasons. I took it because some studies said it aids OCD, depression and anxiety. I've made big lifestyle changes recently, so I can't say for certain how helpful NAC has been in improving my mood, but I know for sure that I don't ruminate half as much as I used to before I started forming better habits and taking NAC. Does it work? The science is not conclusive yet, but I suspect it helped me somewhat. Give it a try if you're curious as it might help you.

I did not feel a significant increase in lung and liver function
I've been taking it for a 6 weeks now, and while I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, I also haven't experienced any negative side effects. The capsules are easy to swallow, which is a plus, and I appreciate that it's vegan, soy-free, and gluten-free, catering to my dietary needs. The dosage is convenient. However, I'm not entirely convinced of its "most powerful" claim, as I haven't felt a significant boost to my lung or liver function. Perhaps more time is needed. So far I rate it 3 stars
