Thought I was ordering a cream based make up, comes as a hard powder and you need to add water. But overall the make up works very well! The colour goes on nice and bright and lastS; so overall very satisfied

I seen a ladies comment saying they're not very pigmented.. they are, you just weren't wetting them enough.. this is them, the bottom row, which is what is aligned next to the black, let it down slightly, but those ones, you can build.. the white and purple were slightly bitty, they weren't creating a paste, rather, clumps.. but for the price you cannot complain!
