I had trouble opening the hinge from its closed position but once I was able to open it, I found that it installed very easily and was a perfect replacement for the original DTC hinge and much better quality that the DTC hinge. So I'm very happy with my purchase of the hinge.

The media could not be loaded. After installation notice that the cup has a spring that worked for the first time and after that got loose and the door moves freely. I believe that the spring is supposed to work as a self close to keep the door closed. The spring will destroy the door if you try to close it… see photo!I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
