Q: Can you stack 3 shelves if you anchor them to the wall?

Yes you can it’s not the best material so it can easily bend but if your careful with it and use common sense you would be able to. Totally recommend it.

Q: Can it be taken down and stored easily? (ie. put in a duffle bag)

I think it can be broken down, but it would have to be a pretty wide duffle bag.
