Q: Part list “j”. where does it go??? my manual has no mention of the golden handle looking thing called “j”. where does this go?

A "golden handle looking thing", called J... Hmm, not sure because I don't have the instructions with me anymore. But I didn't have any "handle" either. Do mean the shoe horn, made of plastic?

Q: Can this be assembled without the umbrella holder?

Yes…..just don’t put the bracket on the side on

Q: Where can I download the instructions? My product did not come with instructions?

Luckily mine came with instructions which could have been a little clearer. It was confusing until you divide all the parts in stacks and realize where each board is used by stack. I would search the Internet by product manufacturer and part number. I have found many setup/instructions this way. Good luck, but if you can't find instructions you can do it by trial and error or return it for credit.
