Q: How long of potato can fit?

I'd say just about 6". I use russet potatoes in it and sometimes they're and inch or so too long and I have to trim but more than likely they fit easily.

Q: Where can I get the other blades for this potato cutter? I’ve looked on their site but I can’t seem to find them.

I got mine from the New Star Foodservice store.
