I have active life style and take Rehydration drinks in the summer heat avoiding tea and coffee for energy. I want them sugar and caffeine free. This potassium chloride replenishes energy levels really well. It tastes salty and quite pleasant. I ate it just on a cucumber and it taste just fine, almost like weak salt. No smell. Taste is usual salty! But not like NaCl. It's different. Otherwise a good product.

It will take you sometime to get used to the metallic taste potassium chloride. I guess wherever you buy , whatever product that comes with potassium chloride might taste this way. So I am happy.
