My box arrived open. I see 2 struts inside plastic. Is this all in package?

Yes, you will receive two struts that are used as a replace for the ones that assist when raising your hood. These are very easy to install and I found the quality to be BETTER than OEM. They fit my 2015 Lexus RX-450h perfectly and I am very happy with them.

Does this fit a 2012 lexus rx350 - when i use the check fit at top of the page message says "this does not fit your vehicle " ???

I have a 2010 LEXUS RX350 and it fit perfectly plus it is very easy to install. A 2012 Lexus RX350 is a 3rd Generation RX350 (2010-2015) so it probably fits. An option would be to order it and if it doesn’t fit return it. Good luck...
