Will these ride up while doing yoga?

I don't do Yoga, but I wear these all day at work and I'm in the medical profession and they never ride up.

They are considered high waisted, I imagine they should fit.

Are these good for guys?

I wouldn't necessarily say they're good for guys but they're definitely very comfortable

Is the crotch white cotton?

The crotch is cotton but it normally matches the color of the underwear. Its not white
