It's a hoax, just a balloon 🎈 with no use
Don't buy it, it is thin, it doesn't serve to what it is meant. It comes with no ties or strings. I asked the manufacturer to send me those and they don't have any.

Great for my lifeguard costume
I bought this for a costume and it wad great. Easy to blow up and held the air. Now the kids use it as a floater in our pool and they like it alot. Keeps they afloat so does its job.
