Don't know that answer, but I do not recommend these clamps. They are not steel, and arrived totally rusted. I returned them. See my review on the Amazon site.

Fuel line hose is usually designated according to its inside diameter, in this case 3/16". A hose clamp clamps on the outside diameter of the hose. Hence as the hose's wall thickness is not known to me, I also do not know the hose's outside diameter. Once that is known the required range of the clamp can be established. I can't answer because you have not provided sufficient information. One inch equals approximately 25.4 mm.
