Q: Are these DBJ neck screw?

Yes itʻs tamper resistant. I press it down first, and give it a few twists to lock. Leak proof and the cap will break open from the ring once the customer opens the bottle. Hope this helps!

Q: Are caps sold separately ?

The caps are included. We make our own juices and love these bottles.

Q: what are the lable sizes and can these be printed on a computer app?

The labels come with the bottles. To create your own just order 1 1/2x3 or 3.75 they would fit perfectly.
