Q: I have a Schlage lock on my door, can this lock be rekeyed so that I can use the same key?

Yea you can!! My local hardware store rekeyed mine in about ten minutes. He said the internal lock is a Schlage lock. Very good quality too!

Dear, The fingerprint door lock TE002 provides 20 access codes and 20 access fingerprint.

Q: I purchased this lock in October and its now January and doesn't work. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Do the lights light up when you touch a key, or when you cycle the lock from inside? I installed mine in September and it quit working this morning. Dead batteries.

Q: How do I set up several fingerprints? Every time I set a new one it deletes the previous one.

We had the same problem. It won't allow us to have multiple fingerprints. We use the passcode instead.
