I have been taking this and 3 other brands. I like the product. It is very easy on my stomach and can take it any time of day much unlike most vitamins and mineral type supplements. Has clean reviews and a brand many people say is quality on multiple platforms. I mostly do vegan and non allergen products and am still very happy with this! I have combined with morning mid day and evening. I also do it with things like NAD or probiotics hoping to help body absorption. Stay hydrated with good alkaline waters to help your body take the most from these.

I bought this and the men's version in the black container. And I got to say I prefer the men's version yall offer over this one at first I thought it was the same mixture but it's not there's definitely a difference in color when put side by side .

Shilajit is a lifesaver , I am not a fan of the resin but here babies get the job done . As a 40+ woman looking for a clean energy that sustains most of the day these work .

No matter whar i did, i couod not remove the top. I had a few friends try and they couldnt either. Finally the son of a friend was able to open the container. I first tried to return it, but found out it was not returnable.

Very high quality product. The price is so much cheaper than health stores. Use as suggested.

It says you may be exposed to Lead on the bottle. Why? That’s not necessary in today’s world. Find a different way.
