Beware that you might not get 2 bottles as they write. I only got one and immediately send the Seller a message, didn't respond - very unprofessional. For 180ml this product is way to expensive. Next time I would buy a different product.

I have only been using for short time but seems to help- I just have to remember to put it on half hour or so before bed so it absorbs and helps with restlessness- don’t need a lot- it is thick and too much won’t absorb but seems ok
