There is a warning on the box to be careful when cutting the strap as the dividers are under pressure from the spring. Boy, they mean it - that was some force! When I did this, two of the ends came flying off (luckily wasn't pointing at me or anything breakable). It turns out these two ends were already both cracked and couldn't handle the pressure. As it's an international delivery, I couldn't be bothered with return postage and I've superglued the ends back on so hopefully they won't completely crack away.The finish on some surfaces was a little off; not entirely covered with paint and some parts minor splintering away on the edge. The worst edge was one I placed on the bottom so not noticeable - photo of another edge tiny ding and strip not completely painted. The foam pads on both ends of one of the outermost dividers was a bit mauled by the strapping too.Overall, a little disappointed with the imperfections as this is meant to be a premium product, but they are looking great in my drawers and doing a fantastic job. They are the perfect height for my shallow drawers, as others I looked at were too tall.

Looks high end with the high quality of the wood compared to using a plastic option. It has organized my cooking utensil drawer to perfection! I love the difference these made.

As a professional home organizer, I can say that I have used these dividers in so many homes. They are sturdy and functional for kitchen or clothing items. I’ve had mine for years and they continue to perform great. Super easy to install as well. As always, measure your drawer before you purchase to make sure it will fit as intended. Also, the spring is strong so be careful when unwrapping.

Two out of 4 dividers arrived broken. Found these very flimsy compared to other dividers I’ve bought previously from another brand.

These are a nice idea and somewhat affordable way to add organization to your drawers, etc. However, I found that their position is too easily compromised because they are relying only on their spring tension to keep them in place. So, the wider the gap is that you are using them in, the less likely they will stay in place when putting things in the drawer/compartments, etc. These may work for your application, but were insufficient for our purposes. I ended up returning them and going with a different brand and style that have a locking feature.
