Bought for a christening gift. Well received. Switch is on the base to turn on the lights. Nothing in the box to highlight this had to find this out for myself, however, great gift.

The recipient age 5eill be delighted with this globe. It is small and pretty. The only slight pesk is the switch for the light's it is tricky to access.

Music carousel box
I ordered this item as a gift, it took three attempts to receive one that had a half decent box. The first one was scored from top to bottom, the second one had two rips in. I have just received the third one, while it is not torn it is not in the best of condition. Each box had labels removed and sticky patches left. I ordered this for my daughter - she will understand condition but if it had been for anyone else I would have been embarrassed to give it.
