Q: Why does it say it is smudge proof when it’s not ?

Hi! It really doesn’t smudge what so ever! That’s all I use it’s one of the best that I have used . It’s literally like kohl and that’s why I love it. Am guessing some people have oily skin and maybe that’s why 🤔 I truly recommend this one!!

I've never tried it but I wouldn't think you could.

Love this eyeliner. Goes on with ease , smooth and dark. However it is not smudge proof. But for me the dark and smooth application makes up for that
