Q: Will this work with a Delrin buckle?

I wouldn’t even recommend it. It did not work for me at all with my kids.

Yes, it fits and works for "Drive" model wheelchairs just fine.

Q: With this work on the buckle of a transport chair with the plastics squeeze release seat belt?

It does not for ours. We replaced our belt with a button so we could use it.

Q: Does this work with the 5-point harness carseat?

Deborah Cade, did you find anything to cover the button on the 5 point harness carseat, my LO he gets out of everything I think will work, if there was something that would cover the button to make it hard for the little ones to push, right now I have it turned backwards, and as for the chest clip, he finds a way to get out of that as well, but he will fasten that back upon a butt bustin threat. if you have found something please let me know, my email is croysally@gmail.comthanks so much for your time. sally
