Is this quick to install and uninstall for me to bring to the gym?

It’s quick to put on and take off. I’m not sure it would fit in a locker though, if you were to do other things at the gym.

Will this work well on a treadmill that measures 30x12 for handles?

There are three different slots to adjust to varying widths. I use it on a treadmill that size.
