Does the 8000btu air and the 10000btu come with the window mount exhaust kit? If not? How much the kit for them?

Cooling never gets below mid to low 70’s in the day and high 60’s at night. am i doing something wrong or is it normal to require running it 24/7? ty

Standing AC units aren't meant to cool below the mid to high 60s. This would be true of most portable units. Depending on the room size, it sounds like your unit is working fine. You could also ensure the venting is wrapped to prevent hear escaping back into the room. In addition, the remote has a temp sensor so leave it in a warmer area away from the unit to ensure it keeps cooling.

How has everyone removed the sticky foam at the end of the season? It is coming off in tiny pieces leaving a thick, sticky, foamy mess in the window
