Q: My windscrene is tinted dark and would this hold up to wind buffering if placed so as to not be shield by the windscreen?

My bike has a windshield, not a fairing so it is not protected from the wind and it works awesome. It is so simple and does not have a bulky mount system. I turned mine sideways, (landscape), because the phone kind of sticks up too high in portrait. I have put some miles on it and it has not budged.
