Amazing seller
Purchased January 4th and stopped working by February 3rd. It worked well while it functioned and did have a powerful steam. The attachments were also great. The item I received was not working correctly and the seller took the time to understand the issue and was very helpful at replacing the item. I am very grateful for the help I received and am very happy with both the product and service.

Quite simply. It doesn’t work. Literally. It doesn’t heat up.

The steamer came via fast ship. It is made well and features many options for various cleaning jobs. I have not used it yet, but I don't anticipate any problems.

It's okay but didn't clean my chair as I wanted
It was easy to use. I spent 1+ hours to clean my chair, it was tiring and long and didn't give me expected results. It cleaned a little. The quality of the cloth given is bad. It became bad after one use. Tedious to clean with it, not very flexible. I used a spray product later with a towel and that cleaned the chair better.
