Why is this not available in stores?

It's a great product to quickly fill in eyebrows, does not look fake or harsh, is not 24 hour wear, but it does stay on all day.My big question is why did the companies that make brow fill in powder products like this, including CG andcol-lab and pallidio, quit making these popular products and now everything is harsh pencil or gel, or 24 hour liquid brow gel (anastasia) which gets grossly crusty on the brows? Why did everyone go to the same gel product you can get everywhere??
