Very nicely built bed for a barn situation and wild cat (who is really a softie now that he likes me). Very simple to fold together. Nice plug and cord, though as its a barn I rather wish it had some twisted wire protection, though I suppose the mice would be undeterred and since they don't bother the rest of the electric up there it will no doubt be fine. I'll have to keep it where I can see it and watch the back side as well. About 2/3 of the mat is heated and has a very nice thin cover, the other 1/3 is a nice fluffy cooler side which is a great way to do it in case the cat gets too warm. It did seem like on my test that the heated side got pretty warm to the touch -not too warm, just that I could feel it. Hopefully that is okay. I have no idea if the local wandering farm cat will use it - but he is willing to enter it to eat. So far he prefers the hay room side of the building, so I might move it over there come winter. It seems well made, warm, spacious, but has to be under shelter for sure in this climate and with wildlife risks. If you wanted an outdoor shelter you'd have to build a box to put this into, or as they say, put it under a porch or something.

We have purchased three units, so I guess you'd say we're fans. Stray cats (not feral cats, just outdoor strays) have survived three Cleveland winters with food and water from us and shelter from these units. We have no negatives regarding the houses. We put on the plastic shields when the temperatures drop and remove them in the spring.The heating unit seems to work well and the cats approve of the soft flooring. We place our units on old shipping pallets to keep rain and snow out and they are tied to our raised deck with SOME protection from rain and snow. Our only issue is that the cats, some old and some very young, have occasionally stayed in the houses when they should have gone out to defecate. Hardly the fault of the house and really not the cat either. We have had storms and heavy snow but we've not had a lot of success cleaning the cushions. Washing has been partially successful at best. Maybe they're sanitary but not really clean. Good value and cat-approved.

First and foremost delivery was extremely fast. When I received the package, it was very neat. The box had not been damaged or anything which sometimes happens during shipping. I was very, very impressed with the way everything was so neatly boxed. This has been a great buy for me. Took 5 minutes or less, right out of the box to put together, it is very sturdy. There's a door on the front, a door on the back, which I really love, so the animal doesn't feel caged in. If something does try to get it, it can flee out the backside, so that was a great idea. My cats love this house. They were all actually fighting over it to get in there, to who was going to get to stay in it, but of course, my little queen that i've had for almost twelve years was the one that won it over. I have 4 rescues and of course a dog thatWe rescued almost 20 years ago that now has cancer. Anyway, we love our animals and we also have another Kitty cat that has been coming up and I feed him and he has just gotten so close to us, but he is very frightened. He will not come in. I don't want him to freeze this winter and i'm telling you, if you're looking for something that's quick and easy to put together that you don't have to have tools.The velcro is extremely strong on this.It's very sturdy. It went together so fast. It has a heated bed in it, and it is so padded, and so cushiony. My little girl Melmers loves it. She got in there and she slept in it all night first night I put it together. I honestly can't say enough about this little house for kitties. I was so impressed, and since they fought over the one for the inside. My little guy that comes up everyday morning and night to eat needed a home and that's who I actually ordered it for because he is afraid to come in, so I ordered another one of these. I'm telling you, you will not be disappointed. I am more than pleased and in the future. After this other one that I just ordered again if I need them in the future, I'm hoping they will always have them because I will definitely be a repeat customer because they had great delivery service. Which that to me is great customer service and my other one that I just ordered is already going to be delivered tomorrow. And so when it said I was going to get it the next day, it was the truth, I got it. It was the most fantastic, easy little house to put together and it is sturdy. It's very sturdy, and it is weatherproof. Again, I like the 2 doors front and back and my Kitty cats love it. That's why I had to order another one for our little guy that comes up everyday the thought of him being out in the cold winter and not being able to have a heated bed to keep him warm. I just couldn't stand the thought of that. So I want to say a big Thank you to this company for making a great product that's easy to put together. That is sturdy and that the cat feels safe going in and I do think that they see that there is a door in the front and a door in the back, because the fear of being locked in somewhere and not being able to make your exit would make them hesitant, my kitties love it, and i'm sure my little guy that comes up that we've named Stripey will love it too !❤️

I purchased this for my barn cats and they seem to like it. It keeps them warm over the winter but it took sometime for them to get used to pushing the flap open to get inside.

This is a great house for cats. Good size. We got it for a mama cat and her 3 babies. They all fit in it perfectly. The heated pad inside kept them nice and warm. Easy to put together and plenty sturdy.

Wonderful to keep outdoor cats warmer in winter. I have 4 in my garage for all my strays.

This is best for a very small kitty. Overall, it is well made, and easy to install. The value for the money is high. I'd not suggest it for larger cats, as the doors are smaller. I removed the plastic door covers.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. Received it in 2 days as promised. Easy to put together, a kid can do on their own. I have it under a roof so won't know how water resistant or proof it will be. Love that the door flaps are optional and come with it in additionto having 2 entries/exits incase a racoon shows up. The heat does work as instructed. It has sturdiness as it's brand new but hoping it'll hold up for a long time. I love the color appearance because it can camouflage with the outdoors and help them feel safer blending in. I bought it for a pregnant and very skittish feral that just started exploring in my backyard. HOWEVER I did NOT expect it to be used already on the first night I put it out, let alone by a random feral tom that I've never seen before in the last 3 months since I started watching outdoor cats come into backyard after my dog passed away.
