I absolutely love this book! The information is presented in a very organized and simple way, and I appreciate how the author took time to think about what restaurant owners/operators need when setting up their books for the first time. Aside from being a silent partner in a restaurant business, I own a publishing company and due to the nature of work, our books are handled a bit differently; so it was really refreshing to access a resource that could quickly lay out what/how to handle the books specifically for a restaurant. Great work!!

Great book. Not even finished and have been making constructive changes

This book became my restaurant QB bible. Zach helped me so much! I was so impressed with his responses to my questions and to help me through.
