Q: Are the arms removable?

Yes they could be. You have to screwthem in when putting the chair together so if you don't want the arms then you could leave them off however there would be a small hole where the bolt was supposed to go

Q: How many inches from the ground to the top of the seat?

At the highest setting it is 21 1/4"; at the lowest it is 17 3/4".

Q: Anyone else get the wrong color chair sent??

They missed all 5 wheels.. will never shop from.this company again.

Q: Is the lumbar support comfortable for someone who is high waisted?

No, the lumbar support is not that great and it comes to my shoulder blades and I am 5’4
