I have been taking Biotin for about 3 or 4 years to help with hair loss & troubled nails. I was not seeing any improvement and was about to give up when I thought I would try these and see. Been talking these since May. I had an extensive trim around this time as well. My hair had been shedding and breaking for the last 1.5 years big time. I don't wear wigs, braids, use harsh chemicals, or currently have color on my hair, strictly natural. Since I've been taking these supplements, along with vitamin D, very minimal and normal shedding and my hair is thickening back like it used to be. Much more healthier. Im about to order my 2nd bottle! My skin doesn't seem as dry either...biotin or the Vitamin D...I'm not sure.
