These are great multivitamin and they taste like sweets. I have ibs and gluten intolerance and these are the only multivitamins that dont upset my stomach. I got my bloods done at my doctors and it's the first time my bloods came back ok so they're definitely working.

My daughter has ARFIDS and I needed a multivitamins with folic acid. These gave everything she needs and she'll eat them...thank goodness!

Much preferred the sugar coated gummies but realise that these are probably healthier. However, the sugar coated ones don't stick together so much that they have to be prised apart. Apart from this point, I would have given 5 stars.

I store these in a cool place but they stick together and become difficult to get them out of the jar/bottle!
