Do these fit the DT880?

Yes,I brought this just for DT880

Does this work on hyper x cloud 2

Although pads made for the dt series can fit, the stock beyers are to fragile and small to make the extra stretch. The large Brainwavs that some ppl feel are loose on dt’s fit my Hyper X cloud 2 perfectly. I recommend either the hybrid (velour on your skin, pleather on the sides), or perforated. I personally love my X clouds with large hybrids. My big ears still have room, and the sound breathes better without losing any bass.

Will these fit the prestige series headphones by grado? the sr80 to be exact. but as i understand it, any of the grado prestige cans apply

I bought them for my Beyerdynamic headphone so I don't have any precise answer for you. Whatching at SR80 I whould say no! Watching at pictures you can find on Google, SR80e's earpads seem similar enough to fit. Give it a look!
