Q: Where can i buy the rubber stopper replacement?

I emailed the company. They said they only sell entire replacement lids not just the gasket sets. No price yet on that. I usually buy many extra gasket sets for every thermos since gaskets get moldy. I intend on purchasing another brand of jug.

Q: how long do liquids poured in last cold with and without ice, also it says 64 ounces does that mean it will over flow at 64 or will there be room.

With ice, liquids will stay cold all day. I've used ice, and the ice cubes are still there after 12 hours. Without ice, I would imagine liquids will stay cold at least 8 hours. 64oz fills it up, no overflow.

Q: When it’s full, will it float? Planning on taking it on a river trip and in case it falls overboard, will I be able to find it!

No it will not float. I found out the hard way. However, I was able to retrieve it before it completely sank. Once upon the canoe, I used a bungy cord around the handle to ensure it didn't go under again. I will tell you, it kept my beverage cold! We used the other one to put cell phones, matches etc. inside to keep them dry.
