Can I get instructions for these?

pPlease check out the second image on product page, that's the installation instruction, it's pretty easy, but be careful about the position between the door and the frame, it can result in 3 different results as the second image presented.

How do you open or move the hinges? They dont seem to move. Stucked in the same position as came in the box.

You won't be able to if you try to bend them with your thumbs on the raised center of the hinge. Try holding them from the plates where the screw holes are and you'll be able to snap them into the closed position.

are thes for door without an overlay or can I have a 3/4" overlay?

Yes I installed with overlay. 3/4 inch may be pushing it though

It will stay in place when it open or close, maintaining 90 degree or 180 degree against the frame. Thanks for asking.
