It is very easy to refill. You just press the filler spout from the butane can into a valve opening on the bottom of the torch and hold for about 10 seconds until liquid drops start splashing back.

Q: Will a bernzomatic 5.5 oz. from home depot work to refil this? can i use a larger bottle so i can save buying in bulk?

The 5.5 from Home Depot works, that is what I use. I assume larger bottles would work as long as the tip/injector/whatchamacallit is the same size.

Q: Does it come with the long tip butane adapter?

It is designed to be used with the long universal tip. It does not come with an adapter.
