Q: what is the inside measurement L x W?

Just measured mine. Interior width is 2 3/4” and height is 4 1/2”. Depth is tricky because the cover part is curved. Measuring from face of outlet to edge of box is only 1 5/8”. But the cover adds up to almost two more inches depending on which park because the cover is curved.

Q: Can this be closed and locked with cords plugged in? I did not see or understand how the cords would go into the box and then still close it.

If you use a large plug with large wire, you may have to use a ninety degree plug to have enough room to close the lid. The wire exits though the bottom of the box. I used it to plug in a thirty ampere extension to my travel trailer and had to use a cord with the ninety degree plug, also I had to enlarge the exit at the bottom because the wire was so large. With the modifications it's working great.

Q: I have 3 duplex receptacles side by side and need to lock them all. Will this product work for me?

Q: In order to install the cover do i have to drill holes into cement brick? thank u....i really want to know before i make purchase.

Not at all. Simple as pie to install. Your outlet is already secured with screws at either end ( horizontal mount). Just remove the existing cover ( which may also be held on by these same screws), take these screws out ( if you have not already done so to remove the old cover) slip the new cover in place which has holes corresponding to the location of these screws and screw them back in.
