Is the package discrete?

Our mailing packages contain our business name and return address. Our name is Blank Apparel. Anyone interested will know you ordered something from a clothing company, but not what it was. The exception is if you are located outside the US or at an APO address, in which case the required customs form is filled out accurately.

There are no washing instructions. Cold water? Warm water?

I wash in cold water on delicate and also use low heat setting or delicate on the dryer. They will hold up for a very long time.

do you wear white undergarments or nude undergarments for white clothes?

If the white material of your outfit is sheer and see through, nude colored undergarments is certainly the best choice. Choose undergarments that best match your natural skin color. If the white material is thick enough that nothing underneath it shows through, white is fine.

I have a flat tummy but need "push up" for my butt. Will these help?

I don't think you'll know until you try them. My issue was wanting a flat tummy.
