A good solid and relaible company
I purchased a Thomas the Tank Engine railway set for my grandson from Gaugemaster via Amazon Marketplace. The locomotive stopped working after a few months. I contacted Gaugemaster and they replaced the toy without issue. Unfortunately, the replacement also stopped working and they also replaced that model. I feel the measure of a company is not how just how they treat customers when things go right, but how they deal with issues should things go wrong. Gaugemaster passed this test with flying colours. I would highly recommend this company.

Seems good
Very expensive and really you're just paying for the name Thomas, but my children absolutely love it nonetheless. It hasn't held up well, but personally I blame their age for that one. They're 5 and 7 and not the gentlest of children. It's easy to assemble and looks good.

Good product, but doesnt last long
Awesome train, however, the electrical Co nectiin to the controller stopped working after just half a day of use. For the amount of mo ey I had to pay for this, am kinda disappointed. We hoped for this to work on Christmas tree but that didn't happen
