No the hangers are not included.

Q: what exactly does washable mean? does that mean these can go in the washing machine?

I’m not sure.. I wouldn’t put it in the washing machine! . I think it means you can wipe it with a wet cloth..

Q: Does the bag have a bad smell?

Not really. There might have been a very small bit of an odor, but if there was, it was gone within two or three hours. There’s certainly nothing now, and I’ve had a dress zipped up in it since about three hours after I unpacked the bag. Checked the inside just now, and there’s no odor.

Q: Will this stain a white satin dress if left inside for a few months?

My wife has had a white gown stored in this bag for 5 months since our daughter's wedding with no ill effects
