Q: Does handle turn the water on & off as you press & release handle? have you used more than one year? any leaking? does the company sell parts?

Handle does turn on and off. Had it about a year. No leaks yet.

Q: what's the exterior product length (the outside tube)?

The loop hangs down about 22” from the wall attachment and extends out about 45” in length.

Q: I do not see any means on how to secure (mount) this thing to the wall?

Mine are plumbed through the wall and connected to the interior pipes. They can also be run through the side of a cabinet and T'ed off of the sink supply. In that case a clam shell bracket would be needed to hold it against the inside of the cabinet.

Works a treat

Different people obviously have different experiences with this spray as per the comments but this has been fine for me, no issues, very good temperature control feels good quality and cleans very well with the 2 different spray options.
