Q: Why are some people reviewing this product saying the picture is not the true lipstick. The color looks pink in pic. Is it brown or pink?

Really depends on resolution and color setting on your screen , video cart setting etc. Color is slightly pink -Creme In Your Coffee - creamy mid-tone pink brown (Cremesheen).

Q: Is this lipstick amplified creme or creamsheen? Or is this matte?

It's a cream sheen but goes on a little more matte then some of the other cream sheens to me. Very pretty color.

Q: Is this a berry shade If not, what do you recommend?

It’s not berry, more of a pinky nude.
